Electromechanic, Maintenance Technician, Industrial Electrician – Spindle Testing Field

Full-time (40 hours/week)

About Us

Deuschle is a specialist in spindle technology. Our spindles are used in machine tools and manufacturing equipment for milling, turning, and grinding applications. They are often equipped with integrated motors or designed as mechanical units with external drive systems.

To ensure the highest quality standards, we overhaul, repair, and test spindle units. During the refurbishment process, all components are carefully measured and inspected to determine their condition and suitability for reuse.

Your Responsibilities

  • Test and inspect repaired spindle units in the testing department.
  • Perform electrical and functional testing of spindle systems.
  • Diagnose faults and verify the correct operation of electrical and mechanical components.
  • Measure and evaluate components to determine quality and reusability.
  • Work with sensors, control systems, and electric motors.
  • Document test results and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electromechanic, Industrial Electrician, or a comparable technical qualification.
  • Solid experience working with electrical systems, troubleshooting, and functional testing.
  • Practical knowledge of PNP sensors, analog sensors, Heidenhain and Siemens control systems, as well as synchronous and asynchronous motors.
  • Ability to work independently with a precise, reliable, and structured approach.
  • Strong analytical thinking and excellent spatial awareness.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
  • Fluent German (spoken and written) and basic English skills.
  • Valid Class B driving licence.

What We Offer

  • Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week).
  • Interesting and varied work in a highly specialized technical field.
  • Modern working environment with advanced testing equipment.
  • Opportunity to work independently and contribute your own ideas.
  • Long-term career prospects in a growing company.

If this position matches your qualifications and interests, we look forward to receiving your application, including your CV, certificates, and a recent photo, by email at wolf(at)deuschle.com or via our contact form.
